His background includes working with the NBA during the iconic 1992 Dream Team and launching their business in Japan. He co-founded KidsGames, which evolved into a global movement spanning over 150 countries, and has owned multiple businesses.
Michael is the author of Employee Drift, a bestseller for leaders who want to engage their teams with purpose, clarity, and trust. He lives in Grand Rapids, MI, with his wife of 32 years, Beth.
