We're Stronger When We Pull Together

Have you ever heard how much a Clydesdale horse can pull? A single Clydesdale can move up to 8,000 pounds.

Pretty impressive. But here’s where it gets wild. Put two together, and their combined pulling power jumps to 24,000 pounds. With training and teamwork, that number can climb to 32,000 pounds.

Same horses. Same strength. Completely different outcome.

That idea hit home for us at the gym this past week. We were finishing up sled pushes, already tired, already feeling it. Before calling it a day, we tried something different. One guy pushed. One guy pulled using a TRX band. We doubled the weight. Then added another plate. And somehow, it moved more easily. We pushed harder. We pulled harder. Not because we had more energy, but because someone else was counting on us.

Scripture has been saying this for a long time:

“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” Ecclesiastes 4:9–10

At Seven24, we say it often. We exist to help men become the best version of themselves. That doesn’t happen in isolation. Growth, faith, and change accelerate when we walk together.
