Faith, Friendship, and Joy in the Everyday.

friendship

First, thank you to everyone who shared your life verses! We’ve loved reading them and hearing why those words hold meaning for you. Keep them coming—they’re a great way for us to stay connected and encouraged.

Last week, we had the chance to hear author Shawn Achor speak about happiness at a conference. He shared something that really stuck with us:

When life gets stressful, some people retreat inward—but the most successful, joyful people lean in and invest in their friends, peers, and family.

Achor’s research shows that relationships are one of the strongest predictors of success and joy. Investing in others not only helps us grow—it deepens our gratitude and reminds us that life is richer when shared.

We’re deeply grateful for the 500+ men connected through Seven24. For the encouragement you bring, for the ways you live out your purpose, and for your commitment to showing up—at work, at home, and in faith—each day.

“I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.”Philippians 4:13

That’s why we gather. Yes, we enjoy good food, a glass of wine, or a fine bourbon. Yes, we learn from great speakers like Michael. But the heart of it all is connection—men coming together to grow in faith, to be reminded that we’re not alone, and to encourage one another forward.

Sometimes joy starts with just showing up and letting God work through our conversations.

“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”Matthew 18:20

Grateful for each of you,– Jeremy and Bill
